Devonia is spun by John Arbon Textiles from a blend of British breeds wool, all sourced here in the South-West of England.
The yarn is worsted-spun and has a lovely bit of lustre to it, as well as some springy bounce.
Hand-wash only, and lay finished items flat to dry.
100% british wool
Devonia is a 100% British wool blend of Exmoor Blueface, Bluefaced Leicester and Romney.
It's worsted spun, so the fibres lie parallel, giving a drapey, lustrous yarn with just a dash of woolly bounce.
HAND DYED
I hand-dye every colour in small batches of up to 10 skeins, in semi-solid and variegated colourways.
The dyes I use are synthetic and non-toxic, giving excellent colour-fastness so your handmade project will last for years.
SUSTAINABLE
This wool yarn is made from 100% natural fibres and is non-superwash, so it, and anything you make from it, will naturally biodegrade over time.
All the fibre is sourced from farms here in the Westcountry.
