Episode 31 of the Podcast: Knitting leggings, hand-spun wool plans, and over dyeing stash yarn

Episode 31 of the Podcast: Knitting leggings, hand-spun wool plans, and over dyeing stash yarn

It finally feels like spring is on its way, so I'm working to try and finish up some winter knitting projects, whilst planning ahead for some warmer-weather items. There's some yarn I've just spun and hope to weave with, and a look at some brown fleece I'm preparing for a spinning project. I also show my method for over-dyeing some yarn that's been in my stash for a long time for a colour that's more 'me'. I'm wearing a dress I sewed from fabric that I wove from hand-dyed British lambswool.

I get a lot of my wool (both for my mill-spun Mendip yarns and a lot of the yarn I spin by hand for myself) from Fernhill Farm; they are wonderful.
