Welanna is the perfect combination of a stand-out design and wearability. Inspired by the soaring of seagulls overhead, this cardigan is perfect for layering – throw it on to warm up after a dip in the sea or wear over a breezy summer dress.

Welanna is worked from the top down, flat, with compound raglan increases for an outstanding fit. The deep V-neck transitions into a boxy, slightly cropped body with a stunning cable running down the center of the back. The increasing cable is echoed on the sleeves that flare out for a dramatic, yet wearable finish.

24 sts and 32 rounds = 10 cm / 4” worked flat and in the round, in stockinette in, on larger needle, after blocking
