Podcast show notes:

  • I'm wearing the Welanna Cardigan; a boxy, slightly cropped cardigan with a stunning cable detail running down the centre of the back and along the dramatic flared sleeves. This is knit using my Mendip 4-Ply in the colour Teal on the cloudy base.
  • The Welanna Cardigan pattern is available on my websiteon Ravelry; and in issue 11 of Making Stories Magazine. I have also created knitting kits that include the knitting pattern and all the Mendip 4-Ply yarn needed to knit your chosen size in a small selection of my hand dyed shades.
  • Making Stories Issue 12 is available to pre-order here.
  • I'm designing the cardigan for my Westcountry Collection of knitting patterns with yarn from Gullet Farm in South Devon. The collection is being made possible by some funding from South West England Fibreshed.
  • You can find my hand-dyed, British spinning fibre here. Patrons get exclusive early access to shop updates, or you can sign up for the newsletter to hear of any new releases and shop updates when they go live. My wool top is prepared for me by Wingham Wool Work (who have also kindly provided the spinning starter set that I'm giving away in this video).
  • You can find my limited edition skeins of hand dyed Mendip yarn here. Choose from DK or 4-Ply weight.
